Plato Hieronimus grew up on a commune in Baltimore. This upbringing provided a real life example of how, joined together, disparate personalities with various competencies and worldviews can forge a unique organization that is stronger, more creative, and more capable than the sum of the individual parts.
Attending Friends School, Plato learned to love learning within a community of ambitious yet kind classmates. In college, at The University of Pennsylvania, Plato developed the strong writing and communication skills critical for driving business success. Later, Plato Hieronimus rounded out his education with an MBA from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business.
Plato's original approach to integrative strategic consulting and business and financial modeling was forged over nearly two decades of practical experience at venerable organizations such as National Geographic TV, McCann Erickson, NBC, and Warner Brothers Studios.
